In accordance with Art. 107 of the Law on Maritime Spaces, Inland Waterways and Ports of the Republic of Bulgaria, Art. 362, para. 1 of the Merchant Shipping Code and in order to ensure the safety of passengers and crews of ships carrying out seasonal passenger transport from the Sozopol Fishing Port, on the basis of Order No. 68/09.04.2014 of the Maritime Administration Agency.

I ORDER:

By 20.12.2019, a “Seasonal Technological Plan for the Sozopol Industrial Park” shall be prepared and submitted for approval by the Manager of the company.

• С цел обезпечаване на безопасни експлоатационни условия за пасажерите и екипажите на плавателните средства, сезонния технологичен план следва да обезпечава нормалната експлоатация на четири корабни места за времето от 01 май до 30 септември, без да се нарушава работата на риболовните кораби, осъществяващи стопански риболов и домуващи в РП „Созопол“.

• В срок до 20.12.2019 г. да се изготви и представи за утвърждаване от Управителя на дружеството „ Инструкция за извършване на операции по снабдяването на кораби с гориво и смазочни материали“.

• В срок до 10.01.2020 г. да се изготви и представи за утвърждаване от Управителя на дружеството „Инструкция за реда за посещение, маневриране и престой на корабите в РП „Созопол“, за качване и слизане на брега на екипажи и пътници, както и за връзка на корабите с брега“. Не се разрешава домуване на плавателни средства, нерегистрирани за стопански риболов в Рибарско пристанище „Созопол“.

• By 15.02.2020, a mutually agreed timetable for the transportation of passengers from the three separate ship berths, in accordance with the “Seasonal Technological Plan for the Sozopol Port”, shall be prepared and submitted for approval.

I assign the implementation of this Order to the officials as follows:

– Administrative specialist with control functions in the Sozopol Regional Administrative District.

– Mechanical Technician “Port Facilities” at “Fish Resources” Ltd.

This order shall be served on the aforementioned persons for execution and shall be posted in a prominent place in the office of the Sozopol Fishing Port, as well as on the company’s website.
